Tipperary All-Ireland Champions 1964

This Plaque is individually made by Crafts men for the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Champions of 1964 – Tipperary, with a Hand Painted crest in cold cast Bronze and a Painting of the Team by Brian O’Flaherty.
Tipperary’s triumphant victory over Kilkenny in the 1964 All-Ireland Hurling Final left no one in doubt above who was “The Premier County”. Having steamrolled their way through the Championship, their sheer class and skill left the final a one sided affair. The victory was extra special for Tipperary as they became the first County to win Twenty Titles in Senior Hurling.
