£120.00

This Plaque is individually made by Crafts men for the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Champions of 2001 – Tipperary, with a Hand Painted crest in cold cast Bronze and a Painting of the Team by Brian O’Flaherty.

The premier County proudly marched to their 25th All-Ireland title by defeating Galway in the 2001 Hurling final. In a classic encounter, where temperatures hit ‘fever pitch’ Tipperary held their nerve to over power the tribesmen. This game had it all – passion, power, skill and tension. The Blue and Gold anthem ‘Slievenamon’ echoed loudly throughout Croke Park when An captain Tommy Dunne lifted the Liam McCarthy Cup.
