1903 All-Ireland Hurling Final

This unique Photograph was taken during the 1903 All-Ireland Home Final at Dungarvan on the 16th. Of July 1905 between Cork (Blackrock) and Kilkenny (Three Castles). The Final result was Cork 8-9, Kilkenny 0-8. This game was played with 17-aside and from 1913 was reduced to 15-aside. The Goalposts which can be clearly seen in the Photograph, were changed to the uprights with crossbar in 1910. These are in use up to the present time.
